Shipping Domestic

All of our goods are packaged very carefully due to the delicate nature of the materials. We aim to package items safely yet beautifully and want you to have a great experience when receiving and un-boxing our products.

Due to the unique shapes and large sizes of some of our pieces, some shipping rates will be higher and we use a trusted courier service to get your special items to you safely and quickly.

We send our goods via NZ Courier Service which is a next day delivery service, but this cannot be guaranteed if issues arise within the courier service. We offer several shipping options depending on your location, these can be seen at the checkout stage. If you would like the extra security of signature on delivery please choose this at the checkout- we cannot be held responsible for any lost items if this hasn't been selected. If the delivery address is rural and a rural sticker has not been purchased we may contact you to (please) pay the difference. 

Shipping timeframes vary from product to product due to pre-orders and stock levels, the time-frames will be clearly stated on each item page. If you'd like to check an items stock status please feel free to contact us here

We endeavour to prevent any damages but if in the event any item arrives damaged please notify us immediately with a photo of the item by emailing hello@thedustco.com

 

Shipping InternationalLY

We ship within New Zealand and to Australia. We are very happy to check shipping rates for you if you are overseas based, please just send us a quick message at our contact page and we'll look into it for you. Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

 

Returns

We at The Dust Co value the quality of the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. We check each item (borderline obsessively) for faults before it's wrapped and sent to you but if you are not happy please contact us immediately (and within 7 days of receipt at the latest) to discuss. Please remember that our items are hand-made and some materials used will have irregularities- this will be clearly stated in each products description and we are not obliged to refund or exchange items that have irregularities (at our discretion) We want you to love our goods so please let us know if you have any issues or questions regarding them. If a product is paid for and is out of stock we will gladly refund your money or offer you a credit. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of The Dust Co. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product.
